      Description of problem:
User has selected some of the security groups under the "Additional security groups" section in Networking (enabled with Install into an existing VPC option) > VPC settings step of ROSA wizard.

User  went back to Cluster details step and changed the version < 4.14.0. After changing version , under Networking step >  "Additional security groups" shown the right text that the security group support only 4.14.0 or newer. But in the "Review and create" step(under Networking section), the previously selected security group definition shown. This looks wrong.

Please see the attached recordings VersionVsSgsIssue.mp4

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open ROSA wizard and choose control plane as "Classic".
      3. Go to "Cluster details" step and choose version >= 4.14.0
      4. Go to Networking step and enable the " Install into an existing VPC option"
      5. Click "Next" button.
      6. Select a VPC (make sure it has some security group associated) and fill the subnet definitions.
      7. Expand the "Additional security groups" section.
      8. Select few security groups.
      9. Go back to "Cluster details" step and set the version < 4.14.0.
      10. Proceed to next steps and reach to "Networking" step.
      11. Proceed to next steps and reach to "Review and create" step.
      12. See the behavior under "Networking" section.

      Actual results:

At step 12 , Under "Networking" section, previously selected security group definition (At step 8) has shown wrongly.

      Expected results:

At step 12 , Under "Networking" section, there should be any security group definition as the version itself is not supported the feature.
