      Cypress automation for OCM UI features required some of the AWS infrastructure to be setup in advance to cover some of the ROSA, OSD features. Ex, Custom VPC, Subnets and related configurations.  Need to investigate options to implement the same.

      Few thoughts are - 

      1. Review OCM Backend existing scripts & see if we could reuse it. 
      2. Reusing OCM pre-requisties setup pipelines if we have already.
      3. Implement new script for this requirements and plugin OCM UI pipelines.
