Description of problem: Installation instructions lead away from page

Most operators have their own installation instructions, which don't differ much from others, but may contain information such as "Select stable-5.y as the Update channel" or any other specific information.

This operator is needed for RHOSO and I will be linking to this page, is there a way it can be updated with its own brief installation instuctions? This avoids those installation instructions needing to be written on the OpenStack side.
