The Loki Operator docs site (https://loki-operator.dev/) that was created by Peri should be ported to the core Grafana Loki docs (https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/).

This would encourage community contribution and lessen the number of places where folks need to look upstream to find information. It may also improve adoption.

A lot of the information included in those docs isn't currently available downstream, but should be. Part of the task here is to develop processes that ensure the Loki Operator docs stay up to date and are available as needed in upstream and downstream docs.

Other products, such as Distributed Tracing, have a dependency on the Loki Operator. I believe that centralizing and improving the content available for this would also help out with dependent products.
