Description of problem:

By default, Prometheus automatically retains metrics data for 11 days.

default retention time for in-cluster prometheus is 15d, now the doc is 11d, the change was brought by PR:

the default retention time for in-cluster prometheus is 11d, that is right, but for OCP, default retention time for in-cluster prometheus is 15d, the change should not affect OCP doc

this issue is also found in 4.14/4.15, 4.12 is not affected
