Created after helping some folks clarify the confusions on Slack.

See if we can adjust the openshift doc to avoid the following:

• Even though "write_relabel_configs" is just a placeholder in here https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/monitoring/configuring-the-monitoring-stack.html#configuring_remote_write_storage_configuring-the-monitoring-stack users tend to think it's part of the config and they end up using it instead of the camel case equivalent.

• https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/monitoring/configuring-the-monitoring-stack.html#creating-cluster-id-labels-for-metrics_configuring-the-monitoring-stack: specify the cluster ID we're using. (a cluster could have many IDs apparently)
