In Vector collector alerts and Fluentd collector alerts alerts for either vector or fluentd are documented. Yet with OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Cluster Logging 5.8, those have been consolidated and aligned so we only have collector_monitoring.coreos.com_v1_prometheusrule.yaml

This means, there is no longer differentiation between vector and fluentd but in fact we have the alerts highlighted above that are in the system and are firing.

Based on OBSDOCS-558 it seems that restructuring of the page was made. But the fact that alerts have been consolidated is missing and therefore exposing wrong information to customers.

It's therefore requested that we merge the vector and fluentd section into a collector alert section where the newly specified alerts are being documented/reflected.
