Provide documentation for config of sending exemplars via remote write. This includes updating the config map reference for the CMO: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/monitoring/config-map-reference-for-the-cluster-monitoring-operator.html#remotewritespec and adding a description to the 4.15 RNs
