Conflicting info about "Log Forwarding" being included in OKE or not 

4.13, 4.12, 4.11

read the documentation page "https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/welcome/oke_about.html"

1. Look at the diagram, it shows "Log Forwarding" as a feature of OKE and the full "Log Management" as a feature of OCP
2. Scroll down to the "Feature Summary" table where both "Log Forwarding" and "Log Management" are marked as "not included" for OKE and "included" with OCP.
3.If you compare with docs in version 4.10, "Log Forwarding (with fluentd)" was included with OKE.

Diagram and Feature table give conflicting statements.

Diagram and Feature table should show the same information (hopefully that means only changing the table to mark "Log Forwarding" as "included" in OKE - but I am not authorized to judge this).
