There are at least 2-3 other issues relating to the console plugin that need to be documented, but no good place to document them, since enabling the console plugin is currently documented as part of the https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/logging/cluster-logging-loki.html#logging-loki-deploy_cluster-logging-loki module (and mentioned in other installation / duplicate modules).

The console plugin needs its own section in the docs. It should also still be xref'd / mentioned in install docs for the operator as needed.
