Problem

The examples in the url https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/logging/log_collection_forwarding/log-forwarding.html where it's present `parse: json`, but not defined the `structuredTypeKey` and/or `structuredTypeName` as it's mandatory as per code and in the Enabling JSON log forwarding documentation it's leading to:

1. changes in the clusterlogging instance don't be applied
2. as consequence of this, when upgrading to RHOL 5.8, the daemonset is deleted, but never recreated by the operator as consequence of this, the collectors are not more present and not collecting logs
