      According to Jose's email:

      We are making some changes to one component of the Red Hat Openshift distributed tracing offering: Red Hat OpenShift distributed tracing data collection. The new name is Red Hat build of OpenTelemetry.

      The new Operator name is identical to the new product name (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TRACING-3667).
