As per the new feature in OCP 4.14 we are able to set limit and reqest for all the components in openshift monitoring namespace, while we do have demo of what reference needs to be used for Config maps .

We do not have any demo sample of how to setup the limit and request for the resource having them added in the doc would be helpful for the customer
