The documentation https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/logging/cluster-logging-deploying.html should be updated to document the new installation procedure using the recommended Loki and Vector setup rather than the deprecated setup.

It looks like the new setup has been available since 5.5: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/logging/v5_5/logging-5-5-getting-started.html but this seems to have been added in per-version config sections of the docs, rather than updated for the core installation section.

If required, we can add a note / section about the deprecated features. We might also look into adding a section for migrating from the old deprecated version to the new components.
