Monitoring has changed so that the Topology Spread Constraints (TSC) feature is exposed for all pods. The current structure with TSC documented for each component (Promethues, Alertmanager, Thanos Ruler) does not scale.

TSC for monitoring components are currently documented in the following location, with each component receiving individual treatment:

We need to update the TSC docs for monitoring to reflect that TSC now applies to all pods. We should make the instructions for monitoring TSC generic in the same way that we approach the docs for tolerations:
