      Description of problem:

      Monitoring-plugin component was added recently to OCP 4.14 and is missing in the "infrastructure machine sets: Moving the monitoring solution" documentation. [0]

Can you please docomant it? Also, can you please advise what config we should add in the cluster-monitoring-config for the monitoring-plugin? thanks
