Summary

• Metrics collection profiles (aka scrape profiles) feature was introduced as Tech Preview in 4.13, and will go GA in the OCP 4.16 release
• Story: OpenShift developers who want to adopt the feature should have the necessary tooling and documentation on how to set up and configure metrics collection profiles
