The current monitoring docs look like this:

And when the user clicks on "Monitoring APIs", they are redirected to the OCP documentation where the API reference currently stays due to automation reasons that we do not want to change before migration. However, that could make it difficult to locate the API reference, if the used does not see the title on the main page (search would not give any results for montioring API documentation either, only if the used searched in OCP docs)

Therefore, to improve customer experience, it will benefit from having an assembly that will link to the OCP section instead. The assembly can have a short introduction and then add the link.
