NetworkPolicies for the monitoring namespace will likely miss the changes introduced in 4.21.

However, given the impact this update may have on some clusters, we can take advantage of the 4.21 release notes to highlight it. We should mention that in upcoming releases, ingress and egress traffic in the monitoring namespace will be denied by default for any user-added Pods in the two namespaces. Users will need to add custom NetworkPolicies for those additional pods to ensure they continue to function as expected.
