      ISSUE

      The cluster observability documentation is missing how to:

      1. Upgrade the COO Operator. This is required because of:
        + the operator can be set to "manual", then, it's required to manually accept the install plan if a new version is present
        + for upgrading between minor versions
      2. How to uninstall the COO Operator. This includes the steps for removing the CR and CRD from OpenShift
