In Logging v6, it's not currently explained the different methods supported for authentication. All the output types support "username", "password" and "token". But this is never documented.

I'd expect to see at the top level the supported authentication methods supported by the Logging stack, perhaps, something similar in the Red Hat Knowledge Article - https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7133317.

In some of the outputs as it's for Splunk, it's documented how to use it, but someone arriving in our documentation, as not documented, it could understand that not supported to use "token" for HTTP.

This guide to create RFEs like  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OBSDA-1248.
