Even though OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.19 ships the monitoring stack with Prometheus v3 (which has UTF-8 support enabled by default), the stack itself isn’t yet fully ready to support UTF-8.

We need to identify an appropriate place in the docs to mention this limitation.
