The Red Hat versions are major.minor.z-stream (x.y.z), then, using 5.x or 6.x is not correct

      Description

Across the Red Hat Logging documentation is read that used 5.x and 6.x. This is a wrong usage as the versions are x.y.z major.minor.z-stream. Then, if it's desired to make reference to all the major version of 5 or 6, it should be used 5 or 6 only or 5.y or 6.y instead of 5.x and 6.x.

In fact, in other sections of the documentation, it's used the expected nomenclature, for instance: cluster-logging.v6.y.z
