      warns against the use of `managed_cluster`, ACM does use it https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Astolostron%2Fmulticluster-observability-operator%20ClusterLabelKeyForAlerts&type=code apparently as an alternative to "cluster" which breaks dashboards.

      Enforcing the restriction through https://github.com/openshift/cluster-monitoring-operator/pull/2604 broke the ACM use case.

      I don't see why it couldn't be used outside of ACM either.

      We probably need to remove it from the list.
