fix Filtering the audit and infrastructure log inputs by source and remove duplicate
The duplicates are:

• input-spec-filter-audit-infrastructure.adoc
• logging-input-spec-filter-audit-infrastructure.adoc

The plan is to:

• remove the duplicate
• ensure no content is lost
• fix asciidoc issues
• make my own "peer review"
• run the module through Vale
• run the module through NotebookLM agains style guides
• run the module through readability test
