I cannot seem to find information regarding the Event Router which was documented under 4.16.

The documentation of logging is missing the steps for configuring the Event Router in the OCP 4.18. 

The documentation of logging should include the steps mentioned for configuring the Event Router in the OCP 4.18.     

In OCP 4.16 here is the documentation link which address steps to deploy the Event Router for Collecting and storing Kubernetes events.

But in OCP 4.18 this is missing in the logging documentation.
