After the 4.19 OCP release, there will be a window for the planned migration. The impact needs to be properly investigated first:

• What about ROSA/OSD distros?
• What about the upstream OKD documentation?
• What areas of OCP docs use the monitoring content?
• How to move release notes?
• How to acknowledge the automated bug fix release note process?
• What about the content added by other teams to the monitoring section? (RHOSO)
• How to handle the dependency of monitoring as a feature to core OCP experience?
• What about z stream release notes/releases? (not currently handled by the Monitoring writer)
