Description of the problem:

The field match_once from the OpenTelemetry Collector routing connector is deprecated and removed from upstream. https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/connector/routingconnector#match_once 

We need to update our documentation for RHOSDT 3.6 by removing the deprecated field. https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/red_hat_build_of_opentelemetry/configuring-the-collector#routing-connector_otel-collector-connectors
