Note that this can be done before GA but will show the docs live on docs.openshift.com to anyone with a direct link. The page will display a "this is not really available yet" banner.

Set the PR to merge to "main".

For a review, post the following message in the layered-prod-docs channel:

please peer-review technical PR: LINK . The peer reviewer needs to check that the format of the changed files is not broken by accident.

Do not use standard OCP core peer review process.

This can break the build so it must be reviewed.
