As per the preparation for DITA transition, go through (especially older) modules and assemblies to ensure the modularization guidelines are followed properly.

To do on top of that work:

• Clarify the versions to cherry-pick to.

• Talk to the ROSA/OSD people about moving to the new restructured structure for those distros to avoid the unnecessarry transition of two monitoring doc version.
