Update the Tempo docs:

With many Customers trying to adapt to Loki and or Cluster Observability Operator, we need to clarify if using OpenShift Data Foundation MultiCloud Gateway (ODF MCG) in standalonemode is supported without the need for buying additional subscriptions.

The Red Hat Quay BU has states[1] such use-case in their documentation which benefits a lot of Customers having the support question at one contact point (Red Hat) only.

That will as well benefit the QE process and Red Hat validated patterns approach to ensure, Customers can get a very simple Stack deployed that has been tested by Red Hat.
