Currently, the procedure gives users one big step to configure things. It is very easy to get lost in the configuration, for example, if we are currently in the route filed or routes filed, or receivers vs route.receiver .... it is easy to look at the wrong thing in such a config file. 

To make it easier for the users, we can divide the one big step into smaller steps, for example, have just the receiver configured, then the next step to take a look at other configuration options, etc.

Note: The alert receiver configuration is a pain point to our customers and can lead to incorrect configurations, that need to be then troubleshooted. This will therefore also help to enhance the troubleshooting section.
