Description of problem:

Missing links to types definitions in config-map reference for monitoring.

In 4.10 and earlier, many type definitions include links to the details of the type https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/monitoring/configmap-reference-for-cluster-monitoring-operator.html

In later versions, the links are missing and there doesn't seem a way for the user to figure out what's the expected value.
