Points to be taken care of:

1. YAML example needs to be included in configuring Tempo documentation, so that end users can achieve it.
2. Not only global retention, the documentation should also contain example of per stream retention as well.
3. Content about default retention should also be there.
4. Configuring retention at object storage side is a recommended way to reduce costs and effectively prune data from object bucket -> Similar content should also be made available in the documentation.
