Task: Add the release notes sections for the patches Logging 6.0.1-3 to the `main` branch.

The release notes sections for the patches Logging 6.0.1-3 are currently missing from the `main` branch of the `openshift-docs` repo, which is a problem because we can't add later patch release notes.

While having the task to add the Logging 6.0.3 patch release notes in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/86340, I discovered that Logging 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 were not in the `main` branch. So I had to add the 6.0.3 RN to the `enterprise-4.17` branch.

For comparison, these RN sections are currently already published for the specific OCP versions (just missing from the `main` branch):
