Prepare topic maps for the monitoring section and  gradually move updated content to the new sections and assemblies:

Step 1: Create the topic maps with replacement assemblies while still keeping the old ones

Step 2: Add new assemblies with the sections, while keeping the old topic maps and assemblies still intact

Step 3: Ensure all the content has been transfered and nothing is lost

Step 4: Delete the old topic map entries and assemblies
