Document how to filter log with Logging Console Plugin

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

This is a Docs RFE requesting explanation about how to filter log with Logging Console Plugin.
The doc explains how to enable Logging Console Plugin, but there is no explanation about how to filter logs concretely on the plugin view.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Not all OpenShift users are familier with Loki, so in the doc Red Hat must:

• Explain that user can use the same query format as https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/logql/log_queries/
• Show limitations of Logging Console Plugin. For example, it seems that logfmt command doesn't work on the plugin view. Please describe such a limitation on the doc
• Show concrete query examples for better understanding. For example, how can user find only logs which includes "error" in its message?
