On the Installing Logging page of the openshift documentation, we should at least link to the docs for setting up the loki secret and have a step in there stating this should be done prior to installing the lokistack.

Currently, this just mentions to specify the loki secret, but makes no mention of this needing to be done prior step 11 (Create a LokiStack CR). Prior docs, like this one for 4.10 makes mention of this, but the updated ones gloss over this.  At a minimum, I'd say step 11 should be "Create the loki secret.
