Update correct version of logging in document of Supported log output types for Splunk :

Splunk is supported from starting logging version 5.6. Where as in this document it is said that it is supported from 5.7+.

Also it creates confusion as in below document it is mentioned as Red Hat OpenShift Logging Operator 5.6 or later is prerequisite for Forwarding logs to Splunk:
