In our docs, there are many instances of this admonition:

When you save changes to a monitoring config map, the pods and other resources in the related project might be redeployed. The monitoring processes running in that project might also be restarted.

====

However, this is not a correct information, because when the user changes the config map, it will always get redeployed and restarted. We, therefore, need to go through the docs and make the appropriate changes.
