We need to add more information about monitoring permissions outside of UWM. The original issue that this one clones updated table with UWM permissions. We need to think if we want to create a separate table for other permissions or if we want to conbine the two. If we decide that the best course of action is to conbine the tables. We need to find the best place where to include it (because currently the table is in the UWM section of the docs)

We should add a table for monitoring permissions similar to the following logging table, so that all monitoring permissions are centralized in one location.
