1. Hard-coded links to docs.openshift.com

The following files in the Logging doc set contain hard-coded links to docs.openshift.com, which must be replaced with xrefs to the same content. For the module files, the new xrefs will have to be removed from the module and added to an Additional resources section in the assembly file where the module is included:
