What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently Power Monitoring Observability Dashboard in the Developer context only displays the overview of the cluster.

In the developer context, it would make sense to display information about the namespace(s) the developer is working with.

This dashboard is available in the Administrator perspective :

Why does the customer need this?

For end-users / developers to be aware of their consumption and work accordingly with administrators.
