Add/Edit displayed columns in logging via GUI

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The customer has a requirement to be easily able to edit/add the displayed columns form the Observe > Logs view like the one from Kibana. They are referring to the  "Toggle column in table" Button [1], and the left/right arrows Button[2] to change the column order. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To easily control what fields are displayed
