Improve visualization count by groupings in Observability UI for Logging
What is the nature and description of the request?

In Kibana, you can select an indexed field, and generate a histogram style visualization of the filtered logs on that field over the time period.

This isn't as effective with Loki and the Obs UI. The graph tooltips only contain numbers, and not any labels, so it is difficult to determine which line corresponds to which label. The table below it has only labels, and no values.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

We use this often to easily find which namespaces are generating the highest log volumes over the past hour. Or which nodes are generating the most infra logs over the past day etc..
