Show timrerange in histogram bars

What is the nature and description of the request?

In Kibana, when you hover over a histogram bar, it tells you how long that bar represents. ie: "@timestamp per 30 seconds". It would be helpful to know how long a historgram bar is in the Observability UI for Logging .

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Quality of life improvement. It helps to know how long a bar represents when looking ta the UI

List any affected packages or components.
