Finalize SupportSense ownership transfer

What is the nature and description of the request?

The SupportSense Tableau dashboards were developed by the ObsInt Analytics team. Transition of the ownership to the P&GE BI didn't happen yet due to a capacity reasons and due to the fact that SupportSense has sensitive data which can't be exposed in ProductSense. There there is some extra maintenance cost with managing the users and their access requests. The goal is to finalize the responsibility transfer or find another solution of the transfer is not possible.

ObsInt Analytics team needs to free capacity to work on productized projects.
