Total Log Line Hits from Search Pattern

What is the nature and description of the request?

Logging 5.9.5 and 6.0 added a feature to the UI [1] to show query statistics.

The limitation with this is that the 'total entires' value returned is limited to what ever the max is that we show in the UI.

Customers would like to see the actual total number of log lines for a given pattern over a given period.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Customers use this to look for issues or logging spam from components.

List any affected packages or components.
