Proposed title of this feature request

      COO feature/support level control

What is the nature and description of the request?

We recently added annotations to some of our APIs. It would be helpful for our users to get centralized information about resrouces deployed and control over what the operator acts on.

E.g. a user migh want to ensure that no TP features are used so as to not void support contracts.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

      Keep their deployment supported.

List any affected packages or components.
