Promote Instrumentation CR to GA status
What is the nature and description of the request?
The Instrumentation CR has been in Tech Preview since rhosdt-3.0, and customers are asking for it to be GA, so it has full support.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)
To have support for the injection mechanism.
Libraries used by the Instrumentation CR, which need to be defined by the user, are out of the support scope.
List any affected packages or components.
